HOW TO ORDER A CAKE

1) Choose the size / flavor of cake in one of these options:

• personal message only: for just a simple piped message with NO customizations

• custom requests: for ALL customizations (flavors/ colors/ designs)

  • designs must be approved by email & will be invoiced separately

  • we do not offer fondant/edible pearls/ fruits/ flowers/ image printing; all designs are hand piped with frosting

  • we do not accept copyrighted material/ religious symbols/ gender reveal/ culturally appropriative design request

  2) Choose the pickup up date & ANY available slot (disregard the times)

• you can pickup at any time during our store hours on the day of your booking

• if the desired date is not available, please email us at info@crustveganbakery.com

• we may be able to accept non-custom orders in 6” or 9” with a one week notice but there is no guarantee

• we require a two weeks notice for all sheet cakes, 4” smash cake and “custom requests” orders

  3) Include your personal message & custom requests in the (appointment note) at checkout

• we cannot accommodate in store piping at the time of pickup

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Refunds will not be granted to orders canceled with less than a weeks notice from the pickup date

TOO LATE TO PREORDER?

We usually have a variety of 6 inch cakes in store for walk-ins! These are first come first serve and we cannot guarantee when specific flavors will be in stock. Our store hours can be found here.
